So here's one of those topics where really, people just want to talk about the fact that they're brewing. :lol:
At the moment i've got a tonne of wine, half a keg of Cluster single hop (boring, but beer) and a Santa's Winter Warmer just going into bottles. So that's a light bland beer for general drinking and a heavy malty beer.
Ingredient wise, I'm picking up the bits for these this weekend -
London Pride Kit
Citra IPA
Scottish Heavy 80/-
I'm pretty open minded, but all I know is that I want to brew another IPA in May with Elderflower and Honey. I'll also have to grow the scottish heavy yeast up a week prior to brewing.
Sooo, what order do I do these in? :lol:
