One source on tinterweb gives the bulk density of malted barley grain as 481kg/m3 or 481 g/litre. If you allowed +0/-10% on that it would give about 433g/litre minimum. So a 25kg sack should occupy about 58litres max, in other words, if the theory is correct , it should just fit into a 60 litre container. If the grain is crushed the bulk density would be higher and so 25kg would occupy less volume.

Plus one for 60L. Tipped the whole sack in it and still had room for a few bags of other grains on top.

Get a load of those zip lock bags...bag it up in whatever size suits you (suits you sir..oooh!),clear all that **** out of the cupboards in the kitchen that your Mrs is hoarding and keep it in there. Sorted.
I have two such cupboards for carbonation purposes.

I use a 90L storage box from Wilko's, it was about £10 from memory. It comfortably fits an unopened sack, plus the dregs in your old bag

I have a 60L blue barrel and a sack fits i there nicely. 120L would be way to big unless you want to get some specialty grains in their too
I use 60s, too. You can get an unopened sack in there with proper manipulation and great risk to your fingers. If you put it on a wheely plant pot stand you can pull and push it in and out of wherever you stow it.

I usually put all the grain into zip lock bags then back into the sack. They fit into into the 60L bin nicely
