Depends on how much fizz you want in it. :-)

On my last keg of cider, I carbed it at 30psi for 36 hours and then pushed it from the kegerator at 7psi. That was pretty good but could have been even more carbed.

It really depends on your personal preferences.
 
thanks mate ill give that a go. i like a good bit of fiz in my cider but this is the first time i`ve kegged it so i wasn`t sure about the pressures, what length of line do you use at that pressure??? i only have one of those small plastic taps with about a foot or so of line and i had a bit of a nightmare with the lager i did last (pint after pint of foam) and as some one stated on here before its only funny for the first pint.
 
depending on the length of the beer line from cornie to tap, you don't need much pressure for serving - 3psi is plenty for the plastic party taps that Norm sells. Others have commented on needing much more pressure than that to get a decent flow through a keggerator tap...
