I've realised that I must be drinking at roughly the same rate as I brew which is handy but it means that I've got enough empty bottles and an empty FV having bottled the Porter last night...

So, I'd like your suggestions please for the next kit - I'm leaning towards a dark or ruby ale - something maybe with a bit of ooomph and heaps of flavour for the winter months and something that I'm going to get a 40(ish) pint brew from...

...I'm not averse to modding a kit either with some extra goodies so long as you can give me instuctions!!

Thanks!

C

Thes arent 40 pts and would most like be for NEXT winter but they are reckonned pretty good

and some of these would make a kit plus some extract go with a bang....

you can probably get a better deal closer to home , I dont post the links to approve of the shop but to illustrate the product , and its always best to support your local cos with any luck when things go novelty fruit shaped they will support you ;)

What's the consensus on Woodfordes kits as a whole? My local LHBS has some...

Very good kits but don't use the yeast that comes with it as they tend to stick at 1020, Had to get mine restarted with S04 yeast and got mine down to 1012.
