I would like to close the top of my new fermenter. I am pretty sure the lid should be held closed by a ring with a "V" profile which closes with an over-square cam to pull the lid down onto the tank seal. Any idea what it is called and where I might get one?

Many thanks

It does look like a tri-clamp but it is large - around 10 - 12inches. Starting from a tri-clamp I found a QF ducting clip which is closer to what I expected and a lot cheaper. Time to measure up and see if anything matches. Thank you everyone!

Ducting clips and drum (plastic and metal) head. Use similar with an over centre catch.

Some can also be adjusted a bit too.
