What have you been cooking in your air fryer?

I'm circling around air fryers again. So hoping for some opinions.

I'm certain I'll want the bigger size (9+ litres) and dual basket. I'm fairly sure its going to be either a Ninja Foodi Max at £175 or one of the £99 Ninjalikes.

So questions :-

The Ninja doesn't have glass fronted drawers, most of the competition does - how important is being able to see inside ?
The Ninja dehydrates (overnight sun-dried tomatoes) is that a common feature ?

As rod says dont bother with glass.

This is ours we got it from Argos.

Using the "Dual" setting holds the side with the shortest cooking time so they finish cooking at the same time.

I recommend getting silicon liners too. But can be tricky to find good ones, as you want it thick enough to hold its shape in the fryer when the fans blowing & not all of them are

Amazon auto-suggests putting both silicone and paper liners in the shopping basket when you're looking at the Ninja.

You can get both silicon mats and silicon liners direct from China.
I also noticed that lakeland have just bought in a wider range of air fryer liners to suit more machines. maybe if someone had a store in their hight street they could pop in, check the quality & report back for other airfryer users.

I have just repeat ordered these
The last ones have lasted about a year of heavy use, but repeated turning then inside out to wash has caused them to split in the corners. They are (or the original ones were) thick enough material to hold their shape.
They fit in a Ninja dual air fryer with space to spare (as it they could be 1-2cm bigger) but as they are not jammed into the compartments, they are easy enough to lift out.
Combine it with a couple of mats and you might hit the free postage limit. The mats are lasting longer, but then I don't have to turn them inside out to wash them.

We use these -
