What else do I need to add to my water

I've just been looking at my local water authority website which has a 3 page PDF water report starting with, 1,1,1-Trichlooethane and ending with Turbidity, with loads of others in between which I've never heard of. My water is also hard (292mg/lCaCO3). What should I be looking for in this report and what should I be adding to my water? Before anyone asks, I'm not a kit brewer, I've got AG#8 Batemans XXXB, fermenting away quite merrily

Thanks guys. Off on hols to Turkey soon. Bit of light reading for the poolside then :rofl: Do these additions make much of a difference to the final taste?
