i have brewed a green hop pale ale with just pale malt and fresh fuggles not dried. all the sediment has fallen to the bottom of the bottles and it tastes great wish i used few more hops but its still all good no complaints from anyone. but the beer still isn't clear, it looks almost like chill haze but it isnt because i know it was conditioned at a good consistent temp and have never had the problem before. now before a thousand replies of ''you dont drink with your eyes'' Im just curious to know if there is an explanation. I was wondering if it could be that the resin in the hops creates this hazy wheat beer like clarity.
what do u think peeps?

Hmmm, I just kegged my green hopped beer today, and it looked pretty clear going into the keg, and the last few bottles were crystal clear until I added a touch of sugar :thumb: It also tasted great, think I'll struggle to wait the few weeks this one needs

I assume you used the same yeast, copper finings, ferment temperatures, conditioning time etc as other batches?
There are so many variables to a clear beer

Green hops are 5 times heavier than dried hops, so you need to increase the weight accordingly.
A friend of mine has done a "green hop" brew, I'll ask her when I see her on Sat.

Yep - I used around 4 times the amount in mine. Tasted when I kegged it and I think it's going to come out well. :thumb:
