Got another gallon of tea and raisin sherry on the go. 2 litres at around 24% ABV when processed.

Nearly done...missed og by a point or so,still dropping the wort into the fv...ah,need to do temp adjust...bang on 1.063 with temp adjust.
Smells and tastes off the scale!! Loads of coffee and chocolate!
It will with the expected fg of 1.020....og 1.063 -hmm that'll be a nice chocolate shandy
