Right ive got a order on its way from Barley Bottom (great service Paul keep up the good work)
Now once ive got this weekends brew out of the way. Ill have the following hops and grain left over -
6kg Maris Otter.
100grms Northdown - AA 7.6%.
100grms Challenger - AA 6.4%.
100grms Pacific Gem - AA 14.6%.
25grms Cascade - AA 8.0%.
150grms Fuggles - AA 5.6%.
50grms Styrian Golding - AA 5.8%.

So any suggestions on what I can brew with what’s left.

You could always wait till this weekends brew is done and do a OG1070 Pale malt only brew with about 65-80IBU of northdown in it, pitched onto the slurry,(propagating it and acid washing would be better but more hassle).

a bit of extended conditioning may be required, but you will like the results after 12 months or so
