What can I brew with....

I have pantry of ingredients which I'm sure I had recipes/ideas for but after moving house and a baby I have no idea where my Brew Book is, so failing to find a "what can I brew" style search engine I am turning to you guys for inspiration. An example of what I hoped to find. in case it does exist.

Creative direction - I use BIAB and can make 1gallon batches in demijohns or 23l pfv, Style: anything, I will drink anything just some slower than others. I am confident I wanted to make a Weiss or hefe due to the ingredients I have unopened. I enjoyed a Vienna lager I made previously unsure if it was a smash.

Malt:

MALT	HOPS	YEAST
1 kg lager	100g Golding 5.6	wb 06 (wheat beer)
1kg pale malt	100g Tettnanger	s33 (trappist)
2kg wheat	100g cascade	m76 bavarian lager
3kg bavarian	20g Fuggle	s04 (eng ale)
4kg vienna
0.8kg aromatic malt		Misc: irish moss, sugar candi

Throw it all in and see what you get! (Maybe not all the yeast)

I would just do a user upper, some of my finest beers were made this way

A Vienna lager with
4000g Vienna
500g Pilsner
200g Aromatic
30g EKG @60m
20g Tettnang @ 15m & 20m hops stand
M76 yeast

cheers guys, Ill give the vienna a go and then kitchen sink the rest and switch up the hop combo :)

1. 23L Wheat beer with 2kg wheat, 1kg lager and 1kg Vienna. Wb06 and tettnang.

2. 23L Lager with 2kg Bavarian and 2kg Vienna, a little Aromatic, m76 and tettnang and Cascade

3. Demijohn with 1kg Bavarian, Tettnang and Fuggle, S04.

4. Demijohn with 1kg Vienna, Cascade, S33.

5. Demijohn with 1kg Pale malt, Goldings and Cascade, S04.

Something like that! Feels like Can't Cook Won't Cook. Would Can't Brew Won't Brew make good TV?
