i listen to allsorts and have a very varied collection, but mostly into sigur ros, kina collect everything sigur ros i can get my hands on !

Incredible band...the video of them playing hoppipolla in a forest in Iceland is unbelievable :-) in a similar vein, you may appreciate bon Iver if you havnt heard of him (them,) same sort of sound.

ive heard that name before, but dont think i have actually listned to, i will check them out, i know a few people have suggested bands they say are similar to sigur ros on other forums, and some have been good, but i find sigur ros a hard band to compare to, to say i love sigur ros is an understatement lol, looking forward to their new album spring next year !

If money was no object I would have the cure play afforest in a forest. Just me oh and all the women from the lynx add.

I would have led zepp as well playing battle for evermore but it would have to have Sandi Deny doing her vocals which may be a problem

And now its Nirvana - Smells like Team Spirit

I'm not sure that learning the electric guitar at approaching 50 with arthritic hands is all that good an idea . . . but talk about widening my musical tastes

Going back to an old friend next Led Zep - Whole Lotta Love

Lots of random stuff via Slacker radio on my phone. Just got the Black Keys' El Camino but have not listened to it yet. Good?

At the moment I'm listening to hank Williams Jr. "A Country Boy Can Survive." normally on my drives to and from work and while brewing I listen to the brewing network or brew strong.
