I had a draught pint of Farmageddon Gold Pale Ale and it was a complete diacetyl bomb. Another disappointing local beer unfortunately.

For quality control only...I sneaked a bottle of my first partial mash American style pale ale...only bottled 3 weeks..great carbonation,clear..until I dumped some yeast in,good bittering and the hops shine through. I'm amazed how clean this beer tastes..another taster in two weeks...

Certainly not a lover of their brews....

Their export porter isn't bad but otherwise they're fairly dull. Have you tried any Boundary beers? I'll have to give them a try because I haven't been impressed with any NI brewery yet.

No have not and to be honest I've never heard of them but shall keep an eye for them. Its hard to find a decent brewery in the North.
Was in Buncrana Sunday and their own brand is brewed in Kildare called Irish craft brewery I think.Picked up a Wheat,Red Ale,Pale Ale and a Stout. The wheat was quite nice and the stout tasted exactly like the one I had Brewed a few months back.

Third time using this hop, but the first AG and Single Hop brew. The previous two were partial mash brews.

Very pleased with this as it was only started on 4th March and I have been drinking this for a week or so. Delicate taste and aroma and a nice balance for the malts which is mainly MO with 250g Crystal and 100g wheat. Bit strong, though

Started off with a HB from last year. Developed a bit of extra twang since I last had one. not the nicest but drank it anyway. Now on an Old Peculiar and then have a Fullers ESB. After that just HB left.

Started with a turbo cider, don't have one often and I have treated myself to s box of beers from beer52 so tucking into that

HB night.
Rhubarb cider - passable.
Ginger cider - scrumptious .
Red wine from before Xmas - very nice.

I had a bottle of the bitter I entered in the April competition, it's not bad and grown on me. Every time I drink a home brew I realise even more how I need to be more patient with it.

2 partial mashes, a stout from last year with a yeast that allows heat of 30c for the life of me I can't remember now. Myqul advised it during the hit summer climate . Cheers mate
The other is a mix of grains and Holland and Barrett extract.
They're not gonna win any awards but they're going down well.
