Picked up a a few craft beers to try tonight after a decent Grand National win!

I got, 2 x Punk IPA, a Dead Pony Club, Adnams dry hopped lager, Goose Island IPA and a Goose Island Wheat.

Yummy....................................:thumb:

After one of my 'Mild Amnesia' (because I'd forgotten about them in the garage for a few years) just settling into a pint of I&G clone. Might have gone a bit mad on the oak but it works.

This is very nice.

Might try and clone it. Any starting points on hops schedule??

Sarah Hughes Ruby Mild.

Bottled just before Christmas. Very good indeed. I think I swapped out 300g of the recipe's 900g of Crystal for 200g Chocolate and 100g Wheat malt.

Really awesome beer. Even after the ESB drunk this afternoon watching the rugby.

Defiantly at the top of the game. Have you tried wild beer co beers? I think there even higher. But I am from Somerset..

I picked up quite a few interesting beers from the eco-friendly service station on the m5 just south of Gloucester.

Amongst many other fine beers I picked up a madness ipa from the wild beer co. - very, very, very good. :thumb:

I can't re-use the bottle though because it has an amazing plastic spray print on the bottle rather than a label and so I can't put it in the oven to nuke it.

I am well impressed with them, I'll keep an eye out on that brewery along with my recent discovery of siren

Just had a brilliant 3.3 ABV beer from the Tillingbourne brewery, packed full of citra...real session stuff

...you're such a tease! I'm having to make do with my youngs aipa at 6.5.....and beef burglars and sossies on the barbie. ..what a bitch!

Try some cellulose thinners to remove the label.

I stopped at that services last year, was incredibly impressed. Really interesting farm shop with excellent beers (why I enjoyed it), and the family feeding area is really good (why we were actually there) with a great kids play area.

Went for a curry at a byo place tonight. I had a pale ale from the Enefield brewery in Enfield and a 5am Saint. Both very pleasant. Now the first of my homebrew bitter to check it isn't going to kill the judge of the April competition....!
