The mantle looks great! Very mysterious and a bit gothic. Dressing up as Vincent Price would be a good idea.

Mine is the tail end of a casked bitter, still tastes fine.
SWMBO'Ds pre. as usual.
Tonight is lamb Rogan Josh, so this light fruity cheap Romanian Pinot Noir is just the ticket.

They are popular tonight. Just had a second one very nice kettle sour. And not tasting like an 8% beer as you say.

There was a metal bath tub outside, had 3 ten minutes sessions with a plunge in between, helped that it's been brilliant sunshine all day.

We did one at Christmas and took a few dips in the sea between 15 min sessions it was more refreshing than I thought it would be. The sea was that cold it turned you blue lol

ASDA diet lemonade for me at the moment. I am doing a sort of Dry March after SWMBO decided, on the basis of waist to height ratio, we both needed to lose weight. That was on March 3rd, which makes the next "drinking" day the 4th April. Probably long overdue, as I have been drinking rather a lot of late. The diet lemonade gives me something to drink and also some bottles for the brew I started on 2nd March, when I was already at "peak beer" with all available bottles full (bad timing, or what!).
