My lazy (10 min boil) hazy.

Not my preferred style, but got talus in the mystery hop selection, had some torrefied wheat and oats and saturated yeast.

28 days in the bottle, it’s clean and fresh.

SWMBO says it doesn’t taste like homebrew, so success!

I’ve certainly paid for similar. Another hop (I’m looking at Citra) would boost it.

Endeavour Golden Ale

Practically a smash (mo and wheat). Notts yeast.

Last bottle at 30 days? Was under carbed, now 40 something. Bit of a gush.

Ok, either I’m not feeling notts or Maris otter!!! A certain flavour across a lot of brews I’m not keen on.

Or it’s lallemand yeast or water treatment or who knows!
 
Happy Friday folks! After a boozy lunch in Belfast and a bit of vinyl shopping, I’ve come home to discover I must have left the top off the Zinfindel. It seems to have completely evaporated 🤔.
Moving on to a South African Syrah blend, it’s rather lovely.
