How do you find Brausol, never had much joy with it..saying that gelatine hasn't worked on hoppy beers in recent years..maybe I'm not using enough

My lazy (10 min boil) hazy.
Not my preferred style, but got talus in the mystery hop selection, had some torrefied wheat and oats and saturated yeast.
28 days in the bottle, it’s clean and fresh.
SWMBO says it doesn’t taste like homebrew, so success!
I’ve certainly paid for similar. Another hop (I’m looking at Citra) would boost it.
No draft Spitfire tonight, or 1698, so revert to double stout as I'm not drinking any of that kegged eurofizz

Endeavour Golden Ale
Practically a smash (mo and wheat). Notts yeast.
Last bottle at 30 days? Was under carbed, now 40 something. Bit of a gush.
Ok, either I’m not feeling notts or Maris otter!!! A certain flavour across a lot of brews I’m not keen on.
Or it’s lallemand yeast or water treatment or who knows!

Usually works well and I go at the lower of the range. Although have increased my keezer temp recently after a few issues...How do you find Brausol, never had much joy with it..saying that gelatine hasn't worked on hoppy beers in recent years..maybe I'm not using enough

Kicking off the weekend with a Chinook Porter.
Happy Friday folks! After a boozy lunch in Belfast and a bit of vinyl shopping, I’ve come home to discover I must have left the top off the Zinfindel. It seems to have completely evaporated

Going away tomorrow for a few days so no homebrew, going to have a couple tonight into help drain the kegs. A pilsner to start, straight after sitting down the wife asked for one as well.

Mostly, it was the inconvenience and expense that appealed to me

I got a bit of vinyl...mostly 70s 80s stuff,also some older stuff from the 60s.Close!
