Last night in Wales before home so here's a Conwy Nadolig Hopus. Hapus means happy and Nadolig means Christmas and this is a hoppy beer but the pun almost escaped my pedantry!

Having Xmas dinner mark 2 in the van with some red, it’s a pleasant easy drinking wine.

Saw them advertising Clarksons Lager in the coop in Broadway, might pick some up to try.

Just the right beer for a foggy and cold winter's day in Leipzig.
The fruity red Rumbock BA 2023 from the Maisel & Friends brewery in Bayreuth (Germany) has a wonderfully sweet aroma that pampers the palate with notes of sour cherry, marzipan and dates, which are joined by honey and caramel in the finish.

Trying a few more of my newest additions, still got a few to go but I'm trying to take it easy tonight.

Very nice, the rye is really prominent and not harsh which is a pleasant surprise.

Nice and smooth, rather too easy to drink!

Well, this one was always going to be my favourite of the three, the red wine cask finish is amazing, really comes through well and gives a layered and complex flavour.
