Still here folks! I’ve not brewed anything recently and been drinking the same beers. That together with Christmas preparations, meeting up with family and friends, other family stuff (eg helping my grandson revise in the evenings for his driving theory test), and binge watching a box set or two has kept me busy.

As I said to @dave_77 who told me people had noticed I’d been quiet (not entirely sure how to take that 🤔) I’ll have a word with myself about my tardiness and see you all later.

Cheers! 🍻

A Thomas Hardy's Ale "The Historical", vintage 2019, No. 3936.
The vintage matured in Scottish whisky oak barrels, which give smoky notes of wood.
This bottle was allowed to age for 5 years, other bottles of the vintage were allowed to age longer in my cellar.

The beer is perfect at a drinking temperature of 13°C.

An absolute reference for me.
