Never had this before so bought one. Thought it ought to go in a steiner type glass. Stupidly I had forgotten it is a wheat beer but the taste made me sit up and investigate and then it tasted fine!

Neale's best bitter from the Malt miller.
that's12 days after brew day, first pint a little hazy but a cracking pint.
Came out half a percent above target of 4.5%abv.
Brewed on the BZ gen4.
Naturally carbonated during the latter stages of fermentation to 1.9 vol.

First taste of my Alt Bier. Never made one or tasted one before so nothing to compare it to. I did taste the dregs when bottling and thought it may be too bitter but it has mellowed out nicely.

It wasn't what I was expecting but it really is Bloody Bonza!

Stomping Ground Hop Stomper IPA, is one of the best I have had in Oz.
