Tonight's preprandial an overful pint of Westerham Spirit of Kent.
Please ignore any typos. I've had more than my usual quotient to drink trying to empty this minicask as we're going away on Tuesday.

Every drop gorgeous.
Now on to the 12 y/o Claret foretold last night.

Had with proper butcher bought lamb 'Barnsley chops'.
Both stunningly good, and together.
I love aged Claret (my understairs cupboard to be precise) - perfume, flavour, tannin grip and then the length of flavour again.

After a couple of glasses of stout I’m moving on to my porter. Where the stout is quite clean and roasty, the porter is far more chocolate and coffee.
