Building up stocks with some kit brews before my first ever all-grain brew in a few months time.
This is a strictly QC sample of Muntons Gold “Imperial” (not really) Stout which has just started in cold storage this week. Looking and tasting good so far.

If you really want an Imperial go with the Toucan method. You won't be disappointed.
 
I finished my keezer build in December but never posted a pic. Took my time as the hardware is quite expensive and I was in no hurry:

The freezer is a Chiq unit that has a thermostat range of 8 to -20, so in the summer it doesn’t need an inkbird. All connections are made through the collar. Fits 2 normal cornys (wedged, the slimmer ones would have been better) and one 10l corny.

Left tap is steampunk at 5 days old so not ready but is good.

Middle is my alt at 70 days. This had a tricky fermentation and took several weeks to condition, I think it’s pretty good though.

Right is the small keg of bock at 50 days old. The early samples were too vinous but that has toned down with age.
