Looks tastyTrying to not go over 3 pints a night while trying to get rid of my Golden Bitter (need to do another batch before the cold weather sets in) and empty the keg of my Red Brown ale. Preparing a Left over chicken Biryani, as Australians have a habit of measuring distance by stubbies , I decided to measure the prep time by stubbies, actually all finished by a couple of minutes over two stubbies ready to serve!

It is just simmering off some of the liquid and good to go. So easy to make, every time we have roast chicken, my mind is on the following nights Biryani.Looks tasty

That looks like a pretty damn fine collection. The difficulty will be choosing.
I’ve had a busy day in the garden jet washing, painting, rendering, and clearing algae off the fence panels. Now it’s time for a little R&R with a reward. Saison!
