The next bitter pale ale is coming along nicely a bit darker than I normally brew this one has fuggles and ekg

Starting off Dry January with a Duvel Tripel Hop Citra 9.5%

After the 12 months the only January i am having is a bloody great wet one

Next up, Triple Point Brewing Galaxy pale ale

Smells like sweets on the pour, a little less so in the glass. Sweet and tropical tasting with well balanced bitterness. I could drink this all day and I'm glad I've ordered more galaxy hops!

Edit: As I'm holding this the sweet aroma is drifting up into my nose. This beer won't last long.

Having found my way back home I’m following the Saison with an English Bitter. This one is fermented using yeast cultured from Sea Fury and has been too fruity to be a clone but trying it again tonight the fruitiness is backing off. Getting interesting!
