I think my Urquell clone might be a tad over carbonated. It was bottled 29th April so carbonating does continue.

My first ever attempt at Larger (it was a CML kit) and it is really really good. My lack of temperature control has made me avoid attempting larger for years but it would seem much as I use Kveik yeast in the summer to make drinkable beer when it’s 30°C I can make larger in the winter when it is freezing cold.

Beer itself was the Chills Pils described as a Czech larger it has a slight honey like note to it which may well be classed as an off flavour but I am really enjoying so don’t care.
