I am always surprised at breweries selling beer as a neipa and it looks nothing like a nepia should I’ve had a few that looked like an American pale and been called nepia
The rum looks good 👌

It was actually more bitter than I was expecting as well John. Not really a fan of shop bought stuff. Like you say you don't know what you're getting. :confused.:

Bet you babe station is on in the background 😜

That reminds me of a time I was taking an elderly patient back to the ward, she had a telly on in her room and it was blasting out some acid house from a radio channel, I picked up the controller and meant to turn the sound down but actually was pressing the channel changer, I was just pressing the down button and not looking at the telly. When I parked her bed and turned around I realised i'd left it on the 10 minute freeview for babestation! :laugh8:

It has turned out to be a cracking afternoon in the North West of England, sky is blue and cloudless.

After getting a brew on this morning and hanging a door this afternoon, it would be rude not to make the most of the day.

First taste of the Bohemian Lager, only a few days in the keg but it's beginning to clear.

Tastes spot on.

As I'm just beginning my beer brewing journey it might be a good idea for me to try something like this? Not too heavy I guess. The temp control is a problem though in this weather ha ha!

So the hubby cloned this Brewdog Coffee Imperial Stout, and he’s hammering it. Gonna be a fun night - it’s 8.4%! 🙈

Must admit it’s very nice - he put some ground coffee in it. BUT - note to self! This method clogs up the bottling wand! Find another way! 🙄😂

I think he has a Brewdog problem!😬

The sister in-law is round to see the baby so I'm confined to the garden (and shed). Luckily this bad boy was hiding in the homemade coolbox in the shed!

An overly Wheaty Chinook cascade user upper pale ale. It's quite nice if I don't say so myself!

What was meant to be a hazy pale.... the 13% flaked oats seem to have done a Hazelwood 🤷‍♂️

Only 20 calculated IBUs in a 5.3% ale but its quite astringent and bitter tasting..... I'm blaming the MJ Hophead yeast (the one with the enzymes) 😂

The hop character isn't great either. It's somehow synthetic. I won't be using the yeast again in a hurry.
