6 weeks young...looks goodAt the other end of the hoppy/malty spectrum, my 6.6% Doppelbock. More malty than anything I’ve ever tasted and just maybe too malty - is that a thing?
It is only six weeks old so maybe it’s still a bit young.

I have never had one but at that strength probably needs 3-6 monthsIt is nice but very intense. I’m wondering if it needs longer in the way a Russian Imperial needs time. I’ve never made a Doppelbock before so not sure how long it needs to mature or how the flavour changes
