First up 3 year in the bottle( told you I was scraping up tonight) is a Flyer hopped bitter/ale

The red ale is slightly better tasting and has better head retention but still that same thin taste. I will keep the rest for visitors I think.

This is my kind of beer. Crisp sweaty IPA
Very nice IPA. Siren have a Californian IPA in Morrisons but i find it still has more malt character this is very crisp and clean and bitter with loads of hop flavour

QC on the latest batch of pipster pale. It's carbed,aromatic and tasty! It'll be moved to the cryo facility within the next few days to make way for the American amber.
