I used a 1L pouch of blueberry coulis in a ~10L ish batch. I found a Reddit post somewhere of a guy who'd made something very similar and he added fruit at about 3x this rate. That starts getting a bit expensive with coulis so next time I think I'd try frozen blueberries from Tesco or similar.
I'm using frozen blueberries in my next beer 1.75kg in 10l added after 1 week of fermentation. Hopefully it's a good one!

I brewed a cascade chinook pale with wheat and oats a few weeks ago just waiting on it to condition but tastes good
Planning a brew dog clone of their ipa is dead chinook smash, 100g chinook for tomorrow and a cascade with pale malt and cara malt that will be pitched straight onto the turb the week after.
Just sampled mine. It's a nice session pale, maybe a little light on the hops and a bit yeasty tasting at the minute. It's got a really nice peach flavour to it too, but again a bit muted. I'll leave it another couple of weeks before I try it again.

Hops are not just for Christmas 😉 with a cheeky little snifter of Ardmore Legacy

I used verdant ipa yeast and have the same taste as you describe. What yeast did you use ?

London 3 which is the same or similar I think. It's my house yeast at the minute and I'm trying all sorts of styles out with it.

In other news, I found a beer recipe whilst watching Snowpiercer on Netflix...

Seen a few posts about this a while back don’t think it’s a complete recipie seen a few were brewing it but never seen how it turned out

It took longer than expected to get the kids and wife to bed but it's now time for a pilsner from @strange-steve whilst watching the rugby.

A bit darker than mine and I think this is using noble hops. Lovely clear and crisp. Nice malty flavour and really thirst clenching. A really nice lager, thank you for sharing. I am going to enjoy the rest of this.

Had 3 cans of perlenbacher pils lager and now drinking a apple and grape supermarket wine fermentation from 15-11-20 and bottled on 6th December.
It's not bad tbh.
This is the 5th bottle of a batch of 6 and I keep the 6th with each batch with a tag on to mature more 👍

Next is my MO brambling x SMaSH. The slightly feisty aftertaste has really receded. This continues to improve with conditioning time and tonights 75cl bottle is good.

Starting late tonight. My first of the day!

German Pilsner.

And there was me thinking you were having a night off.

Went out to get a imp but it's a bit too cold to drink, so whilst that warms up I am having a bipa, can't be many of those left now which is a shame, I think the galaxy is finally starting to settle against the malts
