First taste of an IPA I made before the end of last year hopped with Northdown and EKG for me tonight, although I think I’ve been a little too keen in opening this one and it needs another week at least of conditioning, still tastes a little green. Getting a definite bit of honey which I assume is from the EKG?

Sorting some crates for tonight's bottling session and noticed one of the empties was actually my last unopened bottle of Kiwi Pale.

So I drank it. Very nice it was too. Not quite as good a find as @Clint 's 20 bottles of Tribute Clone but I'm not complaining!

Well you can't look a carthorse in the mouth...or something like that.

I very rarely get a take away, the only time I am tempted is if I haven't brewed it or I can't brew it. Today is one of those rare occasions. Went to my favourite brewery and bought a 4 pack of Chocolate Porter. 6% and very nice too.

I think this is the previous last takeaway I got.

Brewed this MJ pale ale before Christmas and I'm pleased how it's turned out, I think it would be clearer if the wife didn't tip it upside down as I passed it from the shed
