This one is from a pressure barrel. Not the same (PB=8psi, keg=12psi) but similar by the time you’ve factored in the pressure losses from the keg - pushing beer uphill, through the pipe, and out the tap.
They are also the same temps right or are you keeping the pbs warmer?

As said earlier a full pint it’s football time

not much left now

Absolutely and also day to day moods.

I think I liked the Christmas ale so much because it fit my expectation exactly of how I would want a Christmas ale to taste if I was brewing it. Such a good combo of pine and spice without using either.
Exactly. I had another 'winter ale' and it was like an alcoholic ginger beer, not what I was expecting and way too much spice for my liking

Oh my... first sample of this belgian sour split batch I made. This one is amazing with wlp655. Might bottle it up this weekend. The 1214 half took forever to start but is also done and quite good too.

Same. All the kegs and PBs are kept at 14C. The beer from 4 of the kegs though gets chilled as you pour, 2 of them by 15C (lagers), 2 of them by 7C (Saison & Weizen).
Oh yeah forgot about that line cooler. I am still jealous of that set up you have there.

I will (I hope!) be able to enjoy a hot summer this year without worrying about the heat damaging my beer. It will be soooo liberating! I’m already benefitting from the heating in the brew-shed keeping my beers at 14C. Beautiful!

I would definitely recommend the 70mm Kingspan insulation I’m using. Even in this freezing weather if I spend more than a few minutes in the shed the cooling comes on because the shed has warmed up from my body heat.

I looked at that stuff for my temperature controlled cabinet (actually it's more like a sideboard in terms of dimensions) but I was a bit tight on the budget so I went for 50mm expanded polystyrene...
