Having this Helles lager. I've been consistently impressed with Sixpoint (the Resin dipa is especially delicious) and this is no exception, a lovely delicate but complex lager.

Is that a beer52 beer or did you buy it locally

theres not been a sixpoint beer I didn't love. 4 out of 4 all fab. can't get them locally anymore

Had a couple (or so) beers tonow on this Porter from Curious Brew. I like Bramling Cross hops but there are very few commercial beers that use them - this is one that does, 5.2%.

Me neither, I used to always pick up a couple of Resin when I passed a Whetherspoons but they don't do it anymore either

Having a couple of woodfordes bure gold I bottled 2 weeks ago have to say it's really nice deffo a top 3 kits iv made so far really pleased with it

Starting tonight’s adventure with a Cardamom Saison!

This is my reward for having stripped out the interior of my brew-shed in readiness for Brew-shed 2.0

It's supposed to be a dry night, but seeing as I have had to open a bottle of fine wine (The Black Stump) to cook my squid simmered in red wine, then we will be drinking the rest of it. I'll try and make it last 2 nights though as the food will last that long.

Drank a summer breeze and now a hops galore, I need to get into your bottles when I have some time to review. They should be settled by now.

I'm going off piste tonight. I've had a couple of Hungarian Palinka's. A plum schnapps type spirit, akin to turps, which gives a proper kick and I love it
