I normally use Weyermann malts, if you can't find dark rye then just add a little more of the standard rye.Rye malt...which to buy?

Sounds nice but never heard of them.Just trying this pale ale by Larkin's brewery Ireland. This is really nice. Cascade and lemon drop hops.

I got them in chill. Plus a few others. 8 degrees north full Irish IPA is also very goodSounds nice but never heard of them.
