Was drinking a few kinnegar crossroads yesterday in the pub. I'll keep my eyes open for those two. Probably my favourite brewery in this country. Not that there are many to choose from.

True I like 8 degrees full Irish IPA as well. Them two from kinnegar are well priced at 3.50 each

Check out my melons.

trying out the belle saison Saison! I need to let the carb up more than a couple days.

Having a Galaxy/Citra ale while cooking up some rice for my beef chilli (recipe in foodies forum). Had a busy day bottling and packing beers for swaps - half way though this lot and I’ve already been to the post office to post some today. I definitely deserve this - final answer!

I'm having this thing from Beer52. Doesn't say on the can what it's supposed to be but I'm guessing it's a Helles or German pils or similar. Whatever it is it's a really good lager of some sort. Just a little sweetness upfront, but that quickly fades leaving a nice crisp maltiness with a clean, dry finish. I could easily get through a few litres of this stuff.

I was tempted to pick up a 6 pack of these the other day. Next time I will.

moving on to Westmalle dubbel. Nice banana and spicy phenol aroma with a good hop backing like the trippel has. Much less sweet than other dubbels and very light on the palate. Enjoyable and unique, I prefer the Chimay blue a tad more but both are good. I need to find a bottle of Rochefort to sample its been a while.

If that's the Salzburger Stiegl Bier (rather than a different Salzburger Stiegl variety) then Untappd describes it as a Helles.

Next is my own Munich malt IPA with amarillo and simcoe, which was never really as good as it should have been.

On leave and got loads of wood to burn ready to store the winter wood. So I better have a drink. SAISON seems to be vogue so I made one
