Would you share the recipe? Apples should be ripe in a month or so, would be nice to try a few variations.Earl Grey Cyder
I had that myself. Ok is the perfect description. Not bad not really good but perfectly drinkableI'm having this Dutch IPA which is just OK. Nothing terribly interesting or outstanding here.
You uncultured swine, everyone knows you pair a dark beer with monster munch.Mosaic/Simcoe pale next at 6.8%.
Really smooth - but I’m eating Monster Munch so that’s as far as any description is going!

Well that all depends if it's pickled onion or beefYou uncultured swine, everyone knows you pair a dark beer with monster munch.
Awesome cheers dude I'll give this a try on my next batchIt's very simple and practically full proof. As a rule of thumb, for practically every style, just dissolve 2/3 cup of table sugar and add to the batch (for approx 20L batch). Stir in and bottle. Done! Never had any issues. Don't overthink it, 2/3 cup will be grand.

Pickled onion?
Ahhh, just noticed you said beef..beef monster munch I think are the only beef flavoured crisps I like..No sorry, let you down.
Over a month or two, if you keep the room toasty, it may well be at the lower end of acceptable. I just dropped a batch I make a lot from one cup of sugar to 3/4 C and there's a bigger delay in carbonation. Good luck though.it says use 2 per 500ml Bottle. I was using 1 drop of the Cooper's brand
