My English ale which I plan to enter into this month's competition. Darker than planned. It's got a lovely toffee flavour of it. Not sure which style it falls into but it's nice. fuggles & EKG. Slightly over carbonated

Treated myself, these should last a few days.

Jaipur is quite bitter at 55IBU, more than I was prepared for at first. I suppose it's truer to a traditional IPA. Reminds me of the Govinda Chevallier from Cheshire Brewhouse but that was 120!

and thornbridge - jamestown - avoid. The worst neipa i've had !!!

I always find Thornbridge beers to be subtle so are best as a first drink of the night. Definitely can't taste them after a hoppy beer.

Well, I liked it, however I don't know all the ins and outs of New England IPAs. All I can advise is try it and see.

A question of taste I guess. I much prefer Thornbridge glasses to their beers. Despite many good comments I find their Jaipur pretty pedestrian, it’s not bad but doesn’t excite me at all.

It’s probably the penultimate pint from the keg but I have one conditioning and one fermenting so reinforcements are on the way.

Yeah it's mainly good. Just the weird finish - maybe a touch astringent
