James Mortons Totally Tropical, with a lamb dhansak I found in the freezer, cooked during lockdown when I was missing my local Indian.
Think it was a local producer market in Leeds brewery in Sheepscar in Leeds. Website at nomadicbeer.co.uk, not seen it anywhere elseNomadic beers pale, bought for me a couple of months back by my son. Nice clean, grapefruity hops

I have been brewing ESB for quite a number of consecutive brews, so far Target with EKG with CN36 yeast is my favourite. I just made another using Target and Styrian Goldings SO4 yeast, I like my IBU's at the top end of the BJCP guide lines so hopefully this will turn out similar to the one I thought I didn't like. Will leave it longer this time.Hop combo is a good one. I am not a fan of S04 either. There's just something tart about the aftertaste. I wouldn't call it a general purpose yeast, it needs to be used carefully. Best in stouts and porters I think alongside some bitter roasted malts. I much prefer Nottingham as a general purpose dry yeast but try to mash on the high side to maintain some body.
Drink with yours.... It looks delicious mateAnother try of my latest neipa and can't say I'm impressed.
A bit boozy tasting at 7% and under hopped

Looks beautiful Dan, shame it isn’t everything you wanted - doesn’t make it a bad beer though. I’ll pop round for a try in a week or two
