Fuzzy Growler
Landlord.
Hi all..... I'm currently drinking Thornebridge Green Mountain, it's my go to beer until I get my first brew done
Yep Graham Wheeler BYOBRA, they sell Landlord in a fair few of the pubs near me, and while I don’t think it’s spot on as far as a clone goes, its a good solid session ale.Which reciepe are you using? The one from GH BYOBRA?
Mate that looks goodNow I'm just checking how the hop character is holding up in this citra/comet/mosaic hazy pale, kegged back on 13th march. And the answer is....not too bad, mellowed a bit but still nice and juicy

Thanks mate. It's not too shabby if I do say so myselfMate that looks good
Yes I bottled it a week ago, it has came out quite well. I’ve went along the proportions to Brewdogs hazy Jane (although i added a 250G of pale crystal) came out @ 6.7% abv, using 6.5kg of grain. I’ve found adding no hops during the boil and only a little @ hopstand once wort cooled to 80deg keeps the bitterness away. From a bottle?
You want to invest in kegs if you like brewing neipa'sYes I bottled it a week ago, it has came out quite well. I started brewing around 18 month ago, and had to take 6 months out due to an injury. My other brews turn out good. But I like the Neipa,You want to invest in kegs if you like brewing neipa's
Cheers Dan I've got the cloudwater 3 chiefs Collab in the fridge, a 10% chocolate stoutCan't sit around drinking precious homebrew all day. It's time to start slumming it with some commercial beer.
This is lovely and crisp and refreshing on a sunny afternoon though

I've never tried one of their stouts but have a 5% stout from them in the fridge. Might save it till the weather turns on sunday
I've had a lot of not very good beers in my 52 box so I put it on a 3 month delivery as it's still nice to get a beer box delivery turn up at your doorView attachment 24320
The Five Points Brewing Co Micro Pale
Described as a low strength session pale ale (3.3%) from a box I got from Beer 52. Its by no means terrible a bit thin to be expected at this kind of strength, but really like a hundred other generic APA I’ve had, so given the likely bottle price not one I will seek out to buy in any kind of volume.
Doesn't bode well for the cyberfest beers I've got coming from beer52 next week never used them before.I've had a lot of not very good beers in my 52 box so I put it on a 3 month delivery as it's still nice to get a beer box delivery turn up at your door
Not everyone's pallette is the same so you may enjoy them more than me, I've had the odd one that's been cracking but I drink a lot of verdant, Northern monk, deya wylam etc beers as I like them super hoppy and hazyDoesn't bode well for the cyberfest beers I've got coming from beer52 next week never used them before.
I’ve got one of those coming next week as well. It’s worth saying that they do also still have some really good beers in their boxes, but sometimes you can get a pretty mediocre one. Thing that really irks me with them is you can get an all light/pale ale box but no option for an all dark one. I also switched to a once every three months with them, as it is nice to get a random selector and then, but mostly have being using Flavourley as of late.Doesn't bode well for the cyberfest beers I've got coming from beer52 next week never used them before.
The line up for Saturday looks good, but i can't find any details about the Friday beersI’ve got one of those coming next week as well.
