Not tonight, back home again. Did have two amazing nights out in Doire this week. It’s such an easy trip from Castlerock and you do it on Michael Portillo’s favourite rail line, what’s not to love!

Nice bottle of Pride, another busy week done and dusted - happy Friday all.
Right, on to this evening.
Another try-out beer. This time my blended CADB. Not cleared as much yet as I'd thought or hoped.
The Camden Ale hop aroma and especially flavour seem enhanced by the Hoppy Darkish Bitter component. Just like before blending them, when having a Camden ale after the Bitter.
But then with the additional Bitter follow on!
All I could want in a single glass of beer.
I do like to have fun with my beers.
Tonight I am finishing off the last of the turbo cider from summer

My experimental 7.3% bitter - very bitter, very dark, rather tarry, but it slips down rather easily.
Just back Hessen, Germany. So much incredible beer over there, and so many styles! Definitely inspired to get a few wheat-beers on the go.

Not sure if I’ve had this one before more hazy pale than ipa but decent enough drop
I haven't had claret in a while, this is rather nice, decent body and a nice lasting aftertaste.

Great combo.

Interesting! Never tried one, but I did read about them recently on the Grainfather forums. What didn't you like?

Oddly enough, I’ve got one user upper brew day left before I move house. I’ve got a fLIck ton of US hops and 1 sachet of MJ California Lager Yeast. A cold IPA was top of the list. My last one came out a storm, much of it got put away on this brew day
