Bit of clingfilm in a glass. Bit of oil. Crack your egg in make a little egg parcel, airtight.
Drop in simmering water for 3 mins.
Dead easy mate !

I got my head down for a couple of hours around teatime and its the first time in a long time i have made it past midnight, we watched Nile Rodgers and his band CHIC who played a collection of hits including Le Freak, Good Times much better than the hootenanny which we now know is recorded weeks before NYE and to be honest is a bit ****.

I am crap at poached egg but love them when Mrs Tea makes them so i am going to try the cling film method.
