Hy all, im new to homebrew my first 25 litres of ??? Is down. I remembered a simple hooch brew an expanded on it but dont know if im making wine or ? An wondered if anyone could tell me, i used
10g champagne yeast
4kilo suger
20ltr warm water
3ltre pure oj
1ltr cranberry juice
1 kilo currents
3 cartons mashed strawberrys
I threw it all together an sat it in a closet with a constant room temp of 25dc an fizzing nicely,
So any names for what im making or guesses on how long it take an finishing taste are appreciated an also should i secondary ferment or just buy a still cheers all

It finishes when it finishes. It bangs it’s own drum man. what is a secondary ferment?

After one week strain it into demijohns.

Also

add some yeast nutrient

and a pint of strong tea and the juice of 3 lemons

Will probably turn out as wine depending on abv as I understand it . Could be cider if abv is at the lower range 4 to 5 . From what I’ve read fruit wine /cider is dependent on abv . Higher it’s wine lower it’s cider .

am probably wrong so don’t take my advice lol. Will probably be very thin on the mouthfeel though . A bit of a concoction .
