Has anyone got any unusual dishes?

Kippers flambéd in malt whisky (preferably Lagavulin or another peaty single malt.) Great before a long walk as it keeps repeating.

Large, flat mushrooms stuffed with haggis and lettuce, oven baked.

I'm trying to persuade my manager to cook me a haggis Biryani........

Haggis makes a stunning pizza topping with jalapeños, Mozzarella and plum tomatoes.

I'm not a proper sweaty, but I live oop north!

‘Indian’ chicken nuggets. Instead of using breadcrumbs I use dessicated coconut mixed with spices. Love em!

Yeah! Love that!
I will eat anything but living in a house of boring eaters I have "me only" nights every week usually involving Indian style stuff ...with lots of chilli,garlic,ginger,spices...

Pinched your idea for tonight's tea. Cut chicken breasts in half flat ways and marinated in spice and yoghurt then coated with dessicated coconut and baked. Kids loved them.
