My tap water is this:

Hco3 = 159
Ca2 = 100
So42 = 113
Cl = 26

I was planning to give the 22l total water 14ml of crs, to adjust to (if my calcs are correct):

Hco3 = 27
Ca2 = 137
So42 = 242
Cl = 122

Any recommendations?

Looks good for a hefe to me, sulphate:chloride of 2:1 is as far as I’d go. Alk is spot on. It’s actually very similar to my last Erdinger clone brew which came out a treat.
This style is all about the yeast, what strain are you using and what temp are you fermenting at?

@Alastair70

Ended up going with:

Hco3 = 0
Ca2 = 135
So42 = 268
Cl = 184

Hco3 being based on some reading online?

Using mj m20 and will ferment at approx 22c, out of my control really 😞

@Alastair70

I've used it before, but under pressure in a pinter system, so hard to say if i got yeast character to its full potential.

I'll report back in approx 4 weeks.

I just did a wheat with M20. Have not broken into it yet but it smelled incredible while fermenting. One more week.
