The little rubber washer/seal on the recirculating arm bolt thingy is torn - where can I get a new one?
 
I'm not sure exactly which bit you are meaning, but it sounds like a standard o ring. You could always wander down to your local hardware store with the torn seal and ask them for a replacement.
