Hi Guys looking for a little insight.

I have washed my yeast as per the usual method. However this time i have syphoned off (all very aseptic technique used) the central creamy layer from my jars. The question is...should i treat a vial of this liquid as a vial of yeast i have purchased regarding cell numbers. I got enough of it to use multiple vials instead of growing a starter.
