Following discussions in the Mods Lounge, it has been decided:

Next person who mis-spells "lager" as "larger" get instabanned

Next person who says "hard cider" instead of just "cider" gets eviscerated (that means I remove their guts)

Penalities for apostrophe abuse are yet to be finalised

ooh I'm tempted to use the L word, the double ee (with an outrageous French accent - which so used to endear me to my ex-colleagues at Toulouse) word but I will not be abusing apostrophes - one of my role models is Lynne Truss.

Anyway, can we add anyone who talks about lager and beer as two separate entities? Lager and ale, maybe, but lager is a type of beer.
