The 3 stage one I ordered from Finerfilters arrived today. £32.99 with free delivery. Well, the first package arrived yesterday but due to a packing error they only sent me the replacement filter set. Customer service were very good and sent the correct one by DPD next day. Not all bad as they told me to keep the replacement filters.

In addition, I also got the DI Resin filter off flea bay for £11.99 delivered to make a 4 stage filter for a total of £45.

I received one of the Vyair Compact 4-Stage Reverse Osmosis 50gpd units yesterday.
Set it up this morning as per the instructions enclosed in the box. Checked my water pressure which was 3 Bar, on the lower limit as recommended, and checked RO flow rate. It took 30 minutes to deliver 2 Liters of RO water.
At that rate I will have run it for about 8 hours to get enough for a 20 liter brew. Is that what you guys are getting?

Mine came yesterday, running it for 1.5 hrs and I have about 5 litres, I want about 25-30 litres so it's probably going to take me 7-8 hours as well I guess?

Doesn't matter really because I'm not brewing until tomorrow anyway.

I’m planning on diluting my tap water with 50% RO. I just run mine for the first time and tested 50% tap water, 50% RO and got Calcium 50ppm and Alkalinity 75ppm. I can get to a good lager profile from there by adding just 3.5ml lactic acid.

Yes. The rate depends on water pressure and I guess yours is a little better than mine - I get 2.5l / Hr
