moley i have crushed the campden tablet in today probably a bit late i suppose and FG is 1.038 or 1.028 (i'm confused which way to read it) so my alchol content is 7.8% or 10.1% ABV..... which could be completely out all together when i took the first reading because i am not sure which way to read it..
how long will it take the campden tablet to take effect? should i transfer it to bottles/polly cube soon?
