Vegan Mead for Wedding

Does anyone here have enough to sell, or know where to get some from the UK, to cater for a small wedding?

My friend ordered some from Germany for her wedding, but due to Brexit complications it was sent back and she’s worried it may not get here in time. Wedding is in September.

Out of interest, what is in vegan mead? (assuming not honey as many vegans don't consider honey vegan)? Or does it have honey but not some other animal based product in?

it’s made with agave if I’m not mistaken

Cheers, was intrigued (I had previously thought honey was vegan until chatting with a friend - and obviously it makes total sense once you see it as another animal product, if animal products are an issue for you).

I am not 100% sure what makes the best one but I’ve read about people using agave and maple syrup.

Phew it’s ok, she’s sorted now!!! She will get her vegan mead on time!!!
