Hi brew masters

My first ever brew was a better brew export lager which after fermenting for 2weeks I bottled & left for a week at room temp then stored them in the shed they have been there a week now & looking at them today there looking really clear & firm after carbonating with 1.5 carbonation drops in 500 ml bottles how long before I can sample the delights that await me because I'm getting itchy fingers the instructions say 2 weeks pls put me out of my misery

Started a coopers drought & a coopers Mexican both fermenting well
Really got the bug

at the earliest 2 weeks but if you can leave it 6 weeks so it has conditioned the longer the better but you could always try one for quality control reasons ;)

have a check now, but don't be too disappointed if theres not much carbonation. try another next week and hopefully you'll see a difference :thumb:
