Hi all
I had a pint of salopian brewery's Hop Twister the other day and thought it was bloody marvellous. Could anyone tell me if there is an ingredient in GW's British Real Ale that tastes along similar lines?

Thanks in advance :thumb:

ABV: 4.5%
A premium bitter with a fine citrusy flavour and a complex hop finish. A malt grist of barley and wheat and a triple hopping of First Gold and Saaz gives a beer that is refreshing and crisp

Are you using all grain? Just use pale malt, saaz and first gold hops, english ale yeast and you won't be far off. :thumb:

Hey thanks for that bud. I make all grain versions, however only made 2 brews so far
Old perculiar and Timothy Taylor. Still to be tasted  :thumb:
